Our staff of over a hundred is dedicated to providing the services our region needs.
Upper Trinity was created by the State of Texas as a conservation and reclamation district in 1989. We are a regional, non-profit government agency authorized to provide water, wastewater, solid waste and storm water (watershed protection) services on a wholesale basis in the Denton County area. We were organized by the cities and utilities we serve, and designed to be progressive, responsive and competitive.
